TWO INJURED IN CUMBERLAND COUNTY AFTER SEMI TRUCK ACCIDENT

On Wednesday, around 10 AM a tractor semi-trailer was traveling south on HWY 127 in Cumberland County when a right front steer tire blew, causing the vehicle to run off the right of the roadway. This occurred right around the area of Brown Road. The semi traveled across a field and collided with two standing trees. The driver, Starling McDaniels, age 53 from Crossville was transported to Cumberland Medical Center for his injuries. His passenger, Justin Demps, age 59, from Livingston was transported by EMS air to Erlanger for his injuries.
