TWO INJURED IN HEAD-ON VEHICLE ACCIDENT IN CUMBERLAND COUNTY
A head-on vehicle accident in Cumberland County late Friday afternoon left two hurt. The report states a 2000 Ford Mustang driven by a 16-year-old male from Crossville was heading north on P.O.W. Camp Road near West Creek Drive when he lost control in a curve and went head on into an oncoming vehicle operated by 65-year-old Carl E. Williams of Crossville. The juvenile and Williams were transported to Cumberland Medical Center for treatment of injuries. A passenger in the Ford, 65-year-old Victor E. Torasso of Crossville, was not hurt. Deputies say the juvenile was traveling too fast for conditions at the time of the accident.
