A motorcycle versus a vehicle accident in Cumberland County late Friday resulted in two injuries. According to the report released last night by the highway patrol, a 1990 Ford Ranger driven by 19-year-old Donavan Murphy of Crossville was traveling south on Lantana Road near the 101 Market, crossed over the center line and struck a 2000 Yamaha operated by 65-year-old Charles Ray Osborn of Crossville. Osborn and a passenger, 60-year-old Ruth Marie Osborn, were both hurt in the accident. Murphy was charged with distracted driving and failure to maintain a lane of travel.
