Two White County residents suffered injuries in a motorcycle crash in Putnam County last night (Sunday, August 6, 2017) on Old Baxter Road. Officers say 53-year-old Michael Harrell and 47-year-old Dana Royal, both of Sparta, were injured when their bike ran off the side of the road and struck a ditch. The impact threw Harrell and Royal from the motorcycle. Both were taken to Vanderbilt Medical Center for treatment of injuries.
