TWO INJURED IN VEHICLE ACCIDENT ON HWY 127 IN CUMBERLAND COUNTY

The Tennessee Highway Patrol recently responded to a vehicle accident in Cumberland County.

The report released last night states a 2009 Ford F-150 driven by 20-year-old Matthew R. Adams rear-ended a 2017 Nissan Murano operated by 58-year-old Randy L. Pryor on Highway 127 at Virgil Smith Road.

Troopers say Pryor and a passenger in the Nissan, 70-year-old Wiley Franklin Smith, sustained injuries.

Adams was not injured in the accident. The report indicates he was issued a citation for no proof of insurance.
