A vandalism charge was placed on two inmates in the Cumberland County Jail following a recent incident. Officers say 33-year-old Pedro Lucas Santizo and 45-year-old David Edward Marshall, both of Crossville, reportedly caused damage in two different cell pods. Marshall is being held on theft and burglary charges. Santizo was taken into custody after being indicted for rape of a child.
