TWRA FINDS ALLIGATOR NEAR COOKEVILLE
A Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency officer found an alligator Saturday (November 18, 2017) at the Boils WMA near Cookeville. Officers say the alligator was two foot long. Officials believe someone was going to dump the alligator in the water, but was interrupted and left the animal in a cooler. According to TWRA, the alligator would not survive the cold waters in the area.
