Here is a list of what you will need:

• A copy of your 2017 federal and state returns
• All income statements: W-2, 1099 and other forms showing income from interest, dividends, capital gains, stock sales, or Social Security
• For itemized deductions: receipts for medical and dental bills, prescriptions, and medical insurance; property tax and mortgage interest statement; receipts for charitable donations.
• A check or bank card showing routing and account numbers to receive a direct deposit of your refund
• If your health insurance was through the Affordable Care Act Marketplace, bring Form 1095-A, and documentation if you received a health insurance exemption.
