The unofficial results for the Roane County, Tennessee Republican Primary, held on May 5, 2026, show Wade Creswell winning the race for County Executive with 4,651 votes, comfortably defeating Brian Mullins who received 1,941 votes. In the race for Sheriff, Tim Phillips secured a decisive victory with 4,982 votes against David Michael Laxton’s 1,781. The contest for County Clerk was more competitive, with Keaton Bowman (3,498 votes) leading Connie Cook (2,907 votes). Several high-profile administrative candidates ran effectively unopposed, including Chris Mason for County Trustee (5,784 votes), Ann Goldston for Circuit Court Clerk (5,708 votes), Sharon Brackett for Register of Deeds (5,807 votes), and Greg Leffew for County Attorney (5,730 votes).

In the County Commission races, candidates secured positions across seven districts. In District 1, Ronald Berry led the field, while Chris Lehman and Randy L. Kirby also claimed the top three spots.
