UPDATE:
A 23-year-old woman reported missing from Putnam County was found dead from a gunshot wound in Hermitage on Friday, according to Metro Nashville Police. The investigation is ongoing with active leads.

ORIGINAL STORY:
The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 23-year-old Cassidy Chalee Madison Jackson. Ms. Jackson is a white female with brown hair and green eyes. She is 5’4” and weighs 135 lbs. She is known to drive a 2022 white Hyundai Elantra. She was last in contact with her family on April 11, 2025. The whereabouts of Ms. Jackson are unknown and accompanied by an unknown male.
