An Associate Vice Chancellor of Communications and Marketing for the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga was cited Sunday for having sex in public, according to WDEF. According to reports, Chattanooga police were working undercover at Cinema One on Rossville Boulevard and observed James “Chuck” Cantrell having sex in the adult DVD store on November 3. Court Officials say that Joseph Wiram, UTC Coordinator for Veteran Student Services, and Scott Jarrett were also cited for public indecency. Detectives observed Cantrell and Wiram’s involvement in a sex act, according to WDEF. Cantrell is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 2.
