A vehicle accident yesterday on Highway 127 North near North Elementary School resulted in a traffic backup. Trooper Justin Mote says a Chevy Cruze operated by 82-year-old June Stepp of Crossville was turning into Grace Hill Drive where her car was struck from behind by a Chevy Suburban driven by 32-year-old Regina Leviner of Fentress County. Both drivers were not hurt, Leviner was charged with driving on a suspended license and driving without proof of insurance.
