VEHICLE ACCIDENT TAKES PLACE FOLLOWING ALLEGED SHOTS FIRED IN CUMBERLAND COUNTY

Cumberland County authorities responded to a vehicle accident following possible shots fired Friday night on the 1400 block of Cowpen Road. The mother of one of the juveniles camping in a field said the minor informed her they were shot at supposedly by a female. A search of the area did not reveal the woman in question. As one adult drove to the scene to check on the underage youths, he collided with a utility pole next to a driveway resulting in the pole snapping. No injuries were reported.
