VEHICLE CRASH AT WEST AND STANLEY STREET IN CROSSVILLE SENDS DRIVER TO HOSPITAL
Paramedics and police in Crossville responded to a vehicle accident last night at the corner of Stanley Street and West Avenue. The report states a 2008 Chevy Colorado driven by 36-year-old Matthew Harden of Crossville allegedly failed to stop for a red light and struck a 2020 Jeep Cherokee operated by 27-year-old Deidre Ann Stout of Crossville. Stout overcorrected after the impact resulting in her vehicle rolling over. Harden claimed Stout ran the red light but a check of his license revealed a suspended status. He was issued a citation and Stout was taken to Cumberland Medical Center for treatment of injuries.
