This is video from a massive tractor trailer accident that happened around 5am this morning on I-40 near the Peavine Road exit westbound.  Traffic has been stalled for at least 9 hours during the THP investigation and clean up operation.  As of 2pm today the lanes had not been cleared. THP has not released any details of the accident yet (Photo/video from Jake Harris).
