A northern Rhea County man is facing drug charges. Officers say a search of the home and property of 64-year-old Danny Waldo of Grandview revealed meth and finished marijuana product. Waldo apparently told authorities he also had a trailer with marijuana inside located on Rocky Springs Road in Spring City he harvested from an island on Watts Bar Lake. Waldo was charged with possession of a Schedule II and VI drug, manufacture of a Schedule VI drug, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
