The wind chill factor is now down to 11 degrees with north wind gusting over 20 miles an hour. Occasional light snow during the morning with a clearing Trend expected this afternoon but the temperature will stay below freezing. Tonight we drop to between 10 and 14 degrees with clear skies. Wednesday, Sunshine with a warming Trend starting as temperatures get above 40. Once we get past this system there is no more Arctic air insight for us through the 25th. The most snow reported has been 1 to 2 inches in Anderson, Knox and Blount Counties
