WELLS ARRESTED FOR MANUFACTURE, SALE AND DELIVERY OF METH
A Cumberland County deputy pulled over a vehicle last night on Airport Road near I-40 for having a wrong tag. While speaking to the driver, 30-year-old Timothy Ryan Wells of Harriman, the officer allegedly retrieved a small bag of meth from Wells. The report states a search of the automobile revealed another small bag of the drug and several syringes. Wells was arrested for manufacture, sale and delivery of meth and transported to the jail in Crossville.
