On Sunday, a man reported a motorcycle crash on Highway 68. He stopped to call for help and render aid when the motorcyclist became irate when he was told law enforcement was on their way. The driver of the motorcycle punched the driver-side mirror causing it to fall off of the helper’s vehicle. He then left the scene.

Rhea County and the Tennessee Highway Patrol are also looking for the motorcyclist. As of now, he is still unidentified.
