Putnam County, TN- A crash on Interstate 40 led to an arrest yesterday.

Around 8:45 AM Wednesday morning 53-year-old Tina Fisher was traveling eastbound on Interstate 40 near the 288-mile marker when her Nissan Altima traveled off the right side of the roadway. The vehicle struck a guardrail and came to a final rest facing south in the emergency lane.

According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol report, Tina Fisher was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence.
