BBBTV12 – Kingston Police arrested a 31-year-old woman, Emily Cheyenne Ray, on Sunday afternoon at the Scottish Arms Apartments on James Ferry Road. According to Sergeant Roy Montgomery, Ray had been banned from the property and was taken into custody shortly after noon for criminal trespassing.

The arrest follows an incident reported the previous day. Wayne Poole alleged that Ray slashed his tires on Saturday and that her actions made him feel threatened. Based on this report, police also charged Ray with aggravated assault while she was being held at the jail.

The Roane County Sheriff’s Department confirmed that Ray was released on bond this afternoon.
