A Monterey woman charged with vehicular homicide by intoxication appeared in Cumberland County Criminal Court this morning (Tuesday, March 24, 2026).

The indictment against 44-year-old Lisa Marie Wilson states she is allegedly responsible for the death of Magdalena M. Nolz in a traffic accident in August 2023.

In court today, the judge set the next court date for Wilson for May 19, 2026, to either hear a further update in the case or possibly set a trial date.
