On Thursday two officers made contact with a female in the lobby of the Justice Center identified as Stacy Foringer. While speaking with Ms. Foringer, officers noticed obvious signs of being under the influence of a controlled subtance. She stated was schizophrenic and suffered from depression and had been without her medication for several weeks.  After not being able to make complete sentences, officers requested EMS. When they arrived, Ms. Foringer admitted she had been doing methamphetamine and declined their care. She also admitted to have more methamphetamine in her bra.

Approximately .93 grams of methamphetamine were found and Stacy Foringer was charged with Public Intoxication and Possession of Methamphetamine.
