A Cookeville woman lost her life in a single vehicle accident in Putnam County yesterday afternoon. Troopers say a 2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer driven by 20-year-old Hope Long was traveling west on Pippin Lane when she ran off the road. The vehicle rolled over ejecting Long. She succumbed to her injuries at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
