According to detective Dan Schneider, of Monroe County,  a Cleveland woman faces charges for shooting a man she had a relationship with at an overlook in Tennessee. Chrystal Roach is accused of pulling out a gun and shooting Gene Capps to death. The detective believes Capps got out of the truck in an attempt to get away and Roach shot and killed him. Capps was found by a passerby. Roach was detained about 200 feet away after she drove away from the scene and then stopped. Chrystal Roach faces criminal homicide charges.
