On December 4th, Crossville Police units were dispatched to Walmart in reference to a theft. Officer Shade Foster arrived on the scene and made contact with a representative from Walmart who said that a woman had entered the store at around 6:53 p.m. with a large purse.

The representative said that he watched her so like two cans of stain from aisle N12 where she concealed the can of stain in her large purse. She then passed all points of sale without purchasing.

The woman was identified as Vicky Williams through previous encounters, and the total amount of stolen merchandise was around $17.97.

Officer Foster went to Cumberland County Justice Center and signed a warrant for Williams’s arrest for theft.
