1 MILLION DOLLAR BOND AND TRIAL SET FOR CUMBERLAND COUNTY MAN CHARGED WITH METH POSSESSION AND THEFT

A trial date is set for a Cumberland County man charged with felony possession of meth and theft. Court officials say 31-year-old Michael William Keck will appear for a hearing deadline June 20 and his trial is set for June 26. Court officials say Keck petitioned the court for a bond, but prosecutors say Keck allegedly failed to show up for his previous trial date and went missing for nearly a year. Judge Gary McKenzie approved a $1 million cash bond for Keck with the stipulation the court is to know who posts the bond.
