A man on the TBI 10 Most Wanted list turned himself in early this morning to a Tennessee Highway Patrol trooper in Cumberland County. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says 31-year-old Christopher Allen Taylor was wanted on especially aggravated kidnapping, rape and aggravated assault. Taylor was booked into the Cumberland County jail around 3 a.m. this morning.
