15-YEAR-OLD ACC– USED OF KILLING SOLDIER CHARGED WITH DELINQUENT 2ND DEGREE MURDER

The Harriman juvenile accused of shooting his sister’s boyfriend has been charged with delinquent second-degree murder. According to the petition signed by Harriman Detective Dan Schneider, Jacob A. Kinney, age 15, shot MarStratton Gordon in the head on Sunday, Aug. 28 at a home on Byrd Street in Harriman. The petition said Gordon, who was a soldier in-between deployments, was involved in an assault with his girlfriend Amber Kinney when her brother, Jacob entered the hallway between the siblings’ rooms with a Rossi .357 revolver, allegedly pointed it at Marstratton and pulled the trigger with the bullet striking him in the head. The investigation into the shooting is continuing.
