2 PEOPLE FLOWN TO REGIONAL TRAUMA CENTER AFTER MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT
Two people were airlifted to a regional trauma center after a single-vehicle accident in Cumberland County Wednesday night. According to sources, the driver of a motorcycle traveling on Frazier Road at a high-rate-of-speed, lost control, left the roadway and crashed. The driver, a 28-year-old local male, received a critical head wound and was flown to UT Medical Center. A 19-year-old male who was a passenger on the cycle, was ejected upon impact. He was also airlifted to UT Medical Center for treatment of a head injury. No names were released and the conditions of both men are unknown.
