Cumberland County’s 2016 Fairest of the Fair is a 17-year-old Stone Memorial High School senior. Gracy Bilyeu is the daughter of Gary Bilyeu and Becky Wyatt. First Runner-Up was Allyna Kerley, placing second was Kassandra Looshen,  3^rd was Torie Harris; and 4th Runner-up was Callie Piper. Miss Congeniality was Taylor Gibson & Shaynae. Storie Hollingsworth was chosen as the Junior Fairest of the Fair. Dakota Morgan was crowned 2016 Fair Princess. Madison LaFebure was 2016 Little Miss with Brookelyn Wyllins chosen as 2016 Wee Miss. 2016’s Prettiest Baby and Tiny Tot winners were; Newborn-7 months: 1^st Place Girl- London Lily Evans, Boys- Rally Wade Sisco. 8-18 months: Girls 1^st Place- Cambree Dunlap, Boys- Sayer Doss. 19-30 months Girls Only: 1^st Place- Malia Grace Bassler. 31-40 months: Girls Only- 1^st Place Fallon Isabell Masters. 41-50 months: 1^st Place- Bailey DaShay Fewrguson. 51-60 months: 1^st Place- Skye LeAnne Dikes.
