The following were indicted by a Cumberland County grand jury yesterday (Monday, June 25, 2018):

Kari Jo Adams, age 31 – (8 counts) – Introducing contraband into a penal institution, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a Schedule II drug (meth) for sale, possession of a Schedule II drug (Oxycodone) for sale, possession of a Schedule IV drug for sale, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a Schedule II drug (meth) for delivery, possession of a Schedule II drug (Oxycodone) for delivery, and possession of a Schedule IV drug for delivery.

Robert Sherwood Adams, III, age 49  – (12 counts) – Possession of a Schedule II drug (meth) for sale in a drug-free zone, possession of a Schedule II drug (meth) for delivery in a drug-free zone, possession of a Schedule II drug (cocaine) for sale in a drug-free zone, possession of a Schedule II drug (cocaine) for delivery in a drug-free zone, possession of a Schedule VI drug (marijuana) for sale in a drug-free zone, possession of a Schedule VI drug (marijuana) for delivery in a drug-free zone, possession of a Schedule IV drug (Alprazolam) for sale in a drug-free zone, possession of a Schedule IV drug (Alprazolam) for delivery in a drug-free zone, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a Schedule II drug (meth) for sale, possession of a Schedule II drug (meth) for delivery, and driving on a revoked license.

Deborah Lynne Aber, age 56 – (10 counts) – Possession of a Schedule II drug (meth) for sale in a drug-free zone, possession of a Schedule II drug (meth) for delivery in a drug-free zone, possession of a Schedule II drug (cocaine) for sale in a drug-free zone, possession of a Schedule II drug (cocaine) for delivery in a drug-free zone, possession of a Schedule VI drug (marijuana) for sale in a drug-free zone, possession of a Schedule VI drug (marijuana) for delivery in a drug-free zone, possession of a Schedule IV drug (Alprazolam) for sale in a drug-free zone, possession of a Schedule IV drug (Alprazolam) for delivery in a drug-free zone, possession of drug paraphernalia, and resisting arrest.

Steven Levon Brackett, age 56 – violation of the habitual motor-vehicle offender law.

Jeffrey Allen Brock, age 59 – (2 counts) – aggravated assault and domestic assault.

Ranata Nicole Brown, age 36 – (2 counts) – Two counts of aggravated assault.

Roger Dale Floyd, age 57 – (9 counts) – Two counts of possession of a Schedule II drug (Meth) for sale, two counts of possession of a Schedule II drug (meth) for delivery, simple possession of a Schedule VI drug (marijuana), theft over $1000, theft under $1000, evading arrest, and driving on a revoked license.

Eric Scott Henry, age 33 – (3 counts) – possession of a Schedule II drug (meth) for sale, possession of a Schedule II drug (meth) for resale, and theft under $1,000.

Tashika Sade Higgins, age 31 – theft under $1,000.

Gregory Thomas Horn, age 44 – (2 counts) – Possession of a Schedule Ii drug (meth) and possession of a Schedule VI drug (marijuana).

Justin David Horn, age 26 – (2 counts) – Possession of a Schedule Ii drug (meth) for sale and possession of a Schedule II drug (meth) for delivery.

Charles Wendell Houston, age 51 – (2 counts) – aggravated assault and domestic assault.

Brian Paul Jolley, age 31 – (2 counts) – aggravated assault and domestic assault.

Nathan Paul Moore, age 53 – (2 counts) – aggravated assault and domestic assault.

John Keith Newton, age 49 – (2 counts) – Two counts of DUI.

Nathaniel Harrison Payne, age 37 – theft over $10,000.

Andrew Paul Pendergrass, age 38 – (2 counts) – theft over $2500 and vandalism under $1000.

Keith Ray Price, age 43 – theft over $2500.

Joel Hernandez Ramos, Jr., age 21 – (3 counts) – possession of a Schedule VI drug for sale, possession of a Schedule VI drug for delivery, and theft under $1,000.

Carrie Nicole Rector, age 31 – (2 counts) – theft under $1,000 and theft over $1,000

Larry Glenn Reed, age 44 – introducing contraband into a penal institution.

Jonathan Patrick Sayre, age 47 – possession of a Schedule II drug (meth) for sale

Donna Kay Simpson, age 30 – introducing contraband into a penal institution.

Alex Kianta Bowling Sims, age 20 – (3 counts) – Possession of a Schedule II drug (cocaine) for sale, possession of a Schedule II drug (cocaine) for delivery, and theft under $1000.

Christopher James Strange, age 23 – vandalism over $1,000.

Vanessa Nicole Tippie, age 30 – (2 counts) – reckless endangerment and driving on a revoked license.

Sarah Danielle Turner, age 36 – (4 counts) – possession of a Schedule II drug (meth) for sale, possession of a Schedule II drug (meth) for delivery, introducing contraband into a penal institution, and theft under $1,000.

Donnie Whittenburg, age 66 – aggravated assault.

David Earl Williams, age 51 – (3 counts) Fourth offense DUI, DUI per se, and DUI.

Joshua Lee Wilson, age 33 – (3 counts) – aggravated assault and two counts of domestic assault.

All are scheduled to be arraigned in Cumberland County Criminal Court July 9. More indictments are expected to be served soon, based from the grand jury meeting yesterday. An indictment is a formal accusation against someone who is suspected of committing a crime, filed after the conclusion of a grand jury investigation. All persons charged with a crime should be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
