70,000 PIECES OF CANDY HANDED OUT AT HARRIMAN TRUNK OR TREAT
The Harriman Utility Board expressed heartfelt gratitude to the community for an unforgettable Truck or Treat event in Downtown Harriman, where thousands of smiling faces braved chilly weather and drizzle to fill the streets.
HUB employees volunteered enthusiastically, decorating 23 trucks, distributing over 70,000 pieces of candy, and providing hay rides through the historic district, with the candy supply bolstered by staff generosity and a donation from TVA.
The board extended special thanks to the City of Harriman for expertly organizing what has become Roane County’s premier Halloween celebration, proudly noting their annual partnership in keeping it free and fun for all.
Ultimately, the event highlighted Harriman’s unique community spirit, with neighbors uniting to create lasting memories and joy.
