A vehicle accident in Crossville early yesterday morning resulted in one injury. Police state a car driven by 34-year-old Justin Ryan Wahl of Crossville struck the back side of a log truck operated by Robert Paul Scott of Sparta on the 1100 block of West Avenue. The logs extending past the rear of the truck, which were marked with flags and illuminated flashers, entered the car. Wahl sustained lacerations to his face but refused medical treatment. Officers charged Wahl with DUI and transported him to jail.
