A sentencing hearing was rescheduled yesterday in Cumberland County Criminal Court for a man after he plead to solicitation of a minor and sexual exploitation of a minor. Court documents state 44-year-old Ronald Matthew Reagan of Crossville was indicted on the charges by a grand jury in July of 2017. Reagan engaged by electronic means explicit communication with what he thought was a 16-year-old female. The juvenile was actually an undercover law enforcement officer. Reagan is now scheduled for sentencing January 23, 2019.
