Blount County Deputies have captured a man who allegedly ran from a traffic stop which took place Friday. They say that 33-year-old James Lee Owens was also wanted on drug charges. Owens was taken into custody on Monday night at a home on Galyon Road. Authorities say that additional information will be released at a later time.
