A warrant service in Crossville has led to the arrest of a convicted felon on various charges. Authorities were searching for a suspect at a Diane St. home when they were invited inside by 45-year-old Frank Quince. During the consent search, officers observed several illegal items in plain view including small plastic baggies, one of which contained meth. A .22 Mossberg rifle was also found in a bathroom. A criminal history check on Quince revealed that he was a convicted felon. All illegal items were seized and placed into evidence. Charges are pending further investigation.
