Tiora Anella Gower has been found safe and the TBI has canceled the Endangered Child Alert. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation issued an Endangered Child Alert for the 8-year-old girl who went missing out of Cannon County.  According to the TBI, Tiora was last seen in Davidson County with her mother on March 26.
