The Roane Alliance board last week appointed Pam May as its new president. May has been with the alliance for 11 years, serving as tourism director and vice president of operations. She also was appointed interim director of the Alliance, after Wade Creswell decided to quit his position as Roane Alliance president last summer and take a job with Oak Ridge National Laboratories.

May was chosen unanimously by the Roane Alliance board.
