Thursday, May 2^nd is the 31^st National Day of Prayer around the U.S. 31 years ago, President Ronald Reagan signed a law designating the official day. This year’s theme is “Love One Another”. The local National Day of Prayer event will be held at the gazebo on the grounds of the Cumberland County Courthouse on Main St. The prayer service begins at 12 Noon and lasts about one hour.
