NEW SPORTS SHOOTING PARK OPENS IN CUMBERLAND COUNTY

The new Sports Shooting Park opened recently in Cumberland County with a state event being held this past weekend. The Park, which is located off the I-40/Peavine Road exit on Albert Fry Road, was a joint venture between the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency, the City of Crossville and Cumberland County. The facility cost $2.2 million to construct and was approved by all parties in the summer of 2017. It was designed to provide practice shooting of both firearms and bow for students, amateurs and law enforcement personnel.
