A vehicle versus a motorcycle accident this afternoon in Crossville resulted in at least one injury. Initial reports indicate the single occupant of the motorcycle was flown by an air medical helicopter to Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga for treatment of injuries. The helicopter landed on Main Street in the southbound lanes at the scene of the crash. That resulted in all lanes of traffic on Main Street being diverted around the accident for at least an hour. A detailed report of the crash, including the names of those involved, will be released at a later time by Crossville police.
