A Crossville man is facing charges following a disturbance this week. Officers responded to Cumberland Apartments Lane where the report states 60-year-old Jeffrey Blaine Walker of Crossville allegedly got into an altercation with a neighbor. Walker went into his dwelling and came back out with a wooden club and busted the passenger side window of the victim’s vehicle. According to the victim and a witness statement, Walker produced a knife in the incident in a threatening manner. Walker was arrested for aggravated assault and vandalism.
