An inmate being held in the Cumberland County jail for Clay County authorities picked up another charge Saturday night. The arrest report states 23-year-old Kevin Lee Price was seen pulling a cord off the back of a television in a pod to use it for lighting a cigarette. Total damage was set at $150.
