Cumberland County, Putnam County, Oneida, DeKalb, Overton County Schools will be starting two hours late on Monday morning. Anderson County Schools will be closed through Tuesday due to illness. Also closed Monday are Morgan, Van Buren, Fentress and White County Schools.
