A Cumberland County grand jury has indicted an individual for a sex crime. Deputies arrested 22-year-old Trent Austin Voelker yesterday for statutory rape. Court documents state Voelker stands accused of engaging in sexual intercourse with a 16-year-old in August of this year. Voelker was processed in the Cumberland County jail and initially placed under $15,000 bond. He is scheduled to be arraigned in Cumberland County Criminal Court September 13, 2019.
