A Cookeville, Tennessee man was arrested for DUI and reckless endangerment after reportedly striking and killing a pedestrian with a vehicle Saturday. Authorities identified the deceased as 49-year-old Sabastian Bartolome Miguel of Cookeville. Police say a Ford F-150 driven by 56-year-old Matthew Blanchard hit Miguel as he attempted to cross North Willow Avenue from West Jere Whitson Street. The crash remains under investigation.
