Serial burglar Timothy Shawn Fink of Harriman has been denied parole. In July 2018, Judge Jeff Wicks gave the 37-year-old Fink 12 years to serve in prison for a string of burglaries in the Swan Pond area, North Harriman and Rockwood. Fink was previously indicted by a grand jury on 14 counts including aggravated burglary, theft of property, burglary and vandalism.
