Rockwood police went to Meadows Apartments yesterday to a report of a wanted person. Officers encountered 24-year-old Phillip Jeremy Colvin of Rockwood. A check revealed Colvin was wanted on warrants including reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, driving on a revoked or suspended license, and failure to appear in court. Colvin was transported to the Roane County jail and placed under bonds totaling just over $15,000.
