A multi-agency operation resulted in 15 individuals being indicted for distribution of meth in the Upper Cumberland area. In the operation, officers seized a total of eight kilograms of meth, several weapons and vehicles, and a large quantity of cash. One of the 15 is from Crossville. Authorities say 36-year-old Jessica Burns was charged with one count conspiracy to distribute over 300 grams of meth, and one count conspiracy to sell over 300 grams of meth. Burns bond was initially set at $300,000.

William Seth Bowman, age 43, Cookeville: One count Conspiracy to Distribute Over 300 grams of Schedule II Controlled Substance (methamphetamine), one count Conspiracy to Sell Over 300 grams of Schedule II Controlled Substance (methamphetamine), one count Employ Firearm with Intent to go Armed, one count Manufacture, Deliver, Sale, Possession with Intent. $300,000.

Dustin Moody, age 30, Gainesboro: One count Conspiracy to Distribute Over 300 grams of Schedule II Controlled Substance (methamphetamine), one count Conspiracy to Sell Over 300 grams of Schedule II Controlled Substance (methamphetamine). $300,000.

Macara S. Page, age 39, Celina: One count Conspiracy to Distribute Over 300 grams of Schedule II Controlled Substance (methamphetamine), one count Conspiracy to Sell Over 300 grams of Schedule II Controlled Substance (methamphetamine). Bond $300,000.

Bryan Thomas Peek, age 48, Cookeville: One count Conspiracy to Distribute Over 300 grams of Schedule II Controlled Substance (methamphetamine),one count Conspiracy to Sell Over 300 grams of Schedule II Controlled Substance (methamphetamine) . Bond $300,000.

Shandon Roberts, age 27, Cookeville: One count Conspiracy to Distribute Over 300 grams of Schedule II Controlled Substance (methamphetamine), one count Conspiracy to Sell Over 300 grams of Schedule II Controlled Substance (methamphetamine), four counts Manufacturing, Delivery, Sale, Possession with Intent. Bond $300,000.
